In this article, you will learn what to do if you are not able to see the chat app on your Dashboard page.
If you have problems accessing the chat, it could be due to an ad blocker installed on your system. To solve this problem, check the ad blocker settings and make sure that the tawk.to chat is not blocked (this usually happens by default). If it is blocked you just need to whitelist “tawk.to”.
To verify the ad blocker installed in your browser:
- In Chrome or Opera, type “about: extensions” in the address bar.
- In Safari, go to Safari > Preferences > Extensions.
- In Edge, click More (...) > Extensions.
- In Firefox, open the Firefox menu, select Add-ons, and then click Extensions in the sidebar.
